Management
Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD) is an autonomous educational institution established by the Government of Kerala in 1987. The institute is registered under The Travancore – Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable societies registrations Act 12 of 1955. The Institute's Memorandum of Association and its rules and regulations have been judiciously framed with built-in growth provisions. The management of the institute is vested with a Governing Body composed of with the Hon’ble Minister of Education, Kerala State, as the Chairman and Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Kerala as the Vice-Chairman.
Institute of Human Resources Development is dedicated to the scientific advancement, technological progress and economic growth of the country through human resources development. Based on the principle, "Think Globaly and Act Locally" it endeavours to bring about the welfare of the nation.
It endeavours to provide education and training of consistently high stands through innovative and versatile programmes suitable for the current and emerging needs of the community.

The Computer Science association is lead by the Department of Computer and includes UG & PG students of computer science as the members. The Association conducts regular seminars and quiz competitions and an annual fest. They also involve in welfare activities of the members.

IHRD വട്ടംകുളം ടെക്നിക്കൽ സ്കൂൾ-VIII, IX ക്ലാസ്സ്‌കളിലേക്ക് അഡ്മിഷൻ ആരംഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു ⭕Click here for Admission Form -> https://forms.gle/RoxCrc66LNfPD4ic7 ⭕ VIII ,IX Admission - Admission date & Details:- എട്ടാം ക്ലാസ് പ്രവേശനം 28.4.2021 ന് 10 മണിക്ക് നടക്കും. SC വിഭാഗം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ പി.ടി.എ ഫണ്ടായ 500 രൂപ മാത്രമേ ഒരു വർഷം അടക്കേണ്ടതുള്ളു. അത് പ്രവേശന സമയത്ത് അടക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
